I am Nina, a proud Mama Bear to two beautiful and crazy little boys who have stolen my heart and my sanity. I worked in allied healthcare settings most of my adult life and was itching to make a change. I am passionate about making healthy, delicious toddler-friendly foods, being in nature and using herbs in everyday cooking and first aid. I have two degrees; one is Occupational Therapy and another in Wellness & Alternative Medicine. When I’m not grocery shopping, prepping food or cleaning something I am reading, writing, singing, dancing, hiking, swimming, playing and learning with my children.
